Colonial Parking has partnered with DAR Constitution Hall to offer guaranteed reservations to attendees of graduations taking place at DAR through online parking reservations. To make a parking reservation, please visit https://www.ecolonial.com/locations/dar-grad-parking/.

On the following screen, you will see a list of graduations, please click on your graduation to view parking options. From there, simply click on your preferred parking location and select “Reserve” Once you have completed through checkout, you will be sent a confirmation via email. Please print out your confirmation and show to the attendant onsite. We hope you have a great time at graduation!

 Colonial Parking (648 18th St NW) is the closest parking garage - approximately .3 miles (6-minute walk).

 On-street parking is limited to 2 hours - you will be ticketed!

Farragut North is the closest Metro station to DAR - approximately 1/2 mile (11-minute walk).

Venue Seating

Parents and guests will be allowed to sit in the mezzanine (blue) section.  Graduates will be seated alphabetically in the orchestra section - check with your child after rehearsal to see if they will be sitting in the blue or gray section.  

Guests with Limited Mobility and/or Needing Handicapped Access

The Orchestra section is reserved for guests with limited mobility and several locations designed for wheelchairs. Please click HERE (coming soon) to complete the form if you need limited mobility access to seating. Deadline: May 24, 2024.

 

Xfinity Restrictions!

Please DO NOT BRING the following items to DAR Constitution Hall

  • balloons
  • cowbells
  • air horns
  • beach balls
  • whistles
  • electronic devices
  • wrapped packages
  • coolers
  • cans or bottles
  • backpacks
  • ANY noise-making device

DAR Security will wand all guests and inspect all bags and packages when entering the facility. Backpacks are not allowed.

Graduates: leave all personal belongings with your family. NO items may be left behind in the staging area.
